Walked in today looking for information before we made our decision to buy a boat and well...... this is not the place to go. First, not one person welcomed us and asked how we were doing, yes that is a big deal. Second, we had to ask this young man if he worked there, then said we were interested in buying a boat, he said you looking for a sea doo, are you kidding me, are you high? Then as we stated what we are looking for and price he got confused I guess, because he didn't know how to answer, then my wife said we are not opposed to buying used. This young man still confused I guess, mumbled around what they had used and stood there awkward until we were like "can we see it" , omg, we left. Terrible experience.
