the trailer park leaves a lot to be desired currently nothing here is up to code and a lot of it is falling apart, if you can afford it find another place to rent, maintenance people keep changing, all trailers run on one meter for water, and they are currently rebuilding 1 trailer at a time, land owner does not have the money to replace needed things so you often get something that is salvaged or you are replacing it yourself, residents are in and out all the time and more often then not there nothing but trouble, you need to also worry about people stealing from you. people are even going through mailboxes that are not theirs, if you do stay here, get a p.o. box for your mail. keep everything locked in your car, or storage unit that is worth something.
