Although it's not a hospital it has a much better wait time, and for $85 you can get help for most any problem. ex: rooted sists, infections, coughs, colds, getting updates on your shots etc. When I needed to have a rooted sist that was between my shoulder blades drained they took care of it. nasty but it's something they can easily take care of. the people that were working at the time i had visited were really nice, straightforward, and easy to understand.
From experience when you visit for a problem that they are unable to safely take care of they will help you find a specialist that can help you with your needs. One of the workers set called me on my phone when they found someone that fit my budget and problem.
Came here for an abscess and just needed antibiotics. Was the first person in the clinic but had to wait 3 hours just to have someone say you need antibiotics( after I said that I just came in I get some antibiotics). This place is a waste of time so if you have something major or minor go to the er cuz you'll have to sit longer at "slow Pace"
My wife took our 7 yr old because of a sore throat and it took them 1hr and 1/2 to see him while waiting in the room , and a call from me and 5 minutes later they gave her an excuse that they were having computer problems and sent them home with a prescription, after talking to my wife like she was a 2 yr old , and absolutely NO RESPECT OR APOLOGIES!!!!! NOT THE SAME AS IT WAS 6 MONTHS AGO
I am very impressed with the way they take care of patients. Even though it was busy time of day the staff was still very courteous, respectful, and kind. I felt as if they really did work hard to diagnose and treat me. I was given excellent details about the medicines they prescribed me, what it’s for what it does etc.. and one of the nurses was even kind enough to check through a brand new nebulizer device before they sent me home with it to make sure all the parts where there and show me how to properly use it. Which I found to be very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this facility to others who are also new to the area.
Brought my son back because he had started vomiting constantly after his initial visit the day before, so obviously couldn't keep meds down. Was greeted with the Rudest behavior from the nurse practitioner, asking me what I thought was wrong with him then, did I want her to give him fluids, I asked if she thought he needed them, she said No, asked if I wanted her to get a Q-tip and swab his butt, etc... Just extremely Unprofessional to say the least. Will not be back. If I thought he could have made it to his pediatrician in Cookeville I would have went there.
