i was given attention from the moment I arrived on the lot for a Super Sale. My admitted reason for coming was to get a prize, not to trade. I ended up buying a 2013 Ford Focus. I enjoy the handling, and the good gas mileage. Florence and White gave me 3 oil changes, which was a nice gesture. The service area treats me like family, as does the rest of the Florence and White staff. I bought my car from a previous sales person but I came in and meet with John Peters and Kelly Judd who both offered to take me lunch and I took Kelly up on that. I would recommend anyone to Florence and White for Service or even to purchase a vehicle.
DID ALL THEY COULD TO GET ME INTO A DEPENDABLE VEHICLE I COULD AFFORD! VERY PLEASED!!
So I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Florence and White Ford this past Saturday. A 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe. Really like the car, Sharon was the salesperson that I dealt with overall the experience was all right. Here is the BUT, there was 2 lights on the instrument panel when I took the vehicle for the test drive. One was a tire pressure and the other for the drivers air bag. Sharon assured me there was no issues and just to bring vehicle back on Monday when service was open and they would take care of it. I did on Monday and they did take care of the tire pressure light just like she said. But the air bag sensor light was still on. I called back on Monday since they dropped it off while I was at lunch. Spoke with Sharon she said she would need to speak with the owner but he was out. Called back Tuesday mid day since I had not heard from her she said she would have to get back with me since i didn't purchase a warranty package with the car. Now this was never offered nor did I know this was a possibility. She said finance guy was new band and she would check in that as well. So today Wednesday I went back on my lunch break. Sharon said that it would be 130.00 to diagnose the issue with the air bag sensor. So needless to say I am disappointed because this could very well be a safety issue.
I have to say, as an overall experiance of buying a used truck...these guys made it actually a pleasant experiance. Nicholas is a brand new salesman and did a great job being friendly, and courteous. The other more experienced guys, jumped in and were helpful. All in all it was an easy transaction, and pretty much stress free. The owner of this place... is hilarious too.. he could do stand up. Thanks very much... I'll be back again for another vehicle purchase in the future.
Me and my mom have been looking for a Honda Pilot with specific miles and year range. Mom called Florence and White Ford looking for a phone number for another dealership so we could try and find one at this other dealership. She spoke to a nice guy named Kelly who after asking her what she was looking for in a vehicle and mom telling him, he informed us that he could help us find exactly what we wanted. We made an appt and went and seen him. He greeted us with a smile and great personality. We worked with him and he found us what we wanted over 300 miles away but we liked it so much we wanted it. Kelly said no problem if we wanted it then we would sure get it. After 3 days he called me and told me it was ready. I got there and it was better than I thought it would be. I am so in love with this vehicle and it is all thanks to Kelly and his Team over at Florence and White Ford. I will for sure go back to see them and send anyone I know. I have never felt so at home with any dealership like I had with them. Kelly is so great to work with.
